Follow engine P3 bleed air through the flow-control units, wing heat exchangers and cabin ducts, then connect inflow, outflow-valve regulation and vapor-cycle cooling. A 46-page handbook, interactive system diagram, ten lesson decisions, twelve paired fault cases and a six-field maintenance job build configuration-specific fault isolation. Includes a separate 40-question final at 80%.

Follow the air and the control connections
Trace P3 bleed air from each nacelle FCU through the wing heat exchanger or hot-air bypass into the cabin. Compare classic distribution with the later dual-zone mixing boxes. Keep the cabin exhaust route separate from the vacuum connections controlling the outflow and safety valves, and follow the separate compressor-to-evaporator refrigerant loop.
Practice component-specific fault isolation
Use the actual FCU, P30/P31, ambient AIR TEMPERATURE/AIR FLOW, duct-sensor, blower and pressure-control terminology. Compare a command indication with physical shaft movement, distinguish a ground PRESS dump from a flight-like TEST configuration, and interpret pressure readings using their named test methods. Feedback explains the evidence supporting each decision. Systems and maintenance-decision training for the named King Air 200/B200 configurations in supplied Maintenance Manual 101-590010-19 Chapter 21, with its November 1, 2024 effective-page list. Classic and dual-zone distribution, pneumatic and electronic FCUs, and installed heating/cooling options have separate applicability. This study edition does not establish current aircraft applicability; actual work requires current applicable controlled instructions and the aircraft configuration record. Course completion documents completion of this online systems study and its assessments. Practical competence, maintenance authorization and regulatory qualification are separate.
