WWAOG King Air 200/B200 fuel systems course
Trace main-wing gravity feed, auxiliary jet-pump transfer, standby boost and crossfeed using the actual King Air 200/B200 component names. A 35-page handbook, interactive fuel schematic, ten two-part fault cases and three measured work records connect system operation to a defensible diagnosis. Includes a separate 40-question final at 80%.

What's included?

  • 10 system lessons with required decisions
  • 10 two-part fault-isolation cases
  • 3 five-field measured work records
  • 40-question final · 80% to pass
  • 35-page illustrated study handbook

From the component path to the maintenance decision

The lessons explain the architecture before you diagnose a fault. Use the original visual schematic to remove boost capability, restore standby pressure, interrupt auxiliary transfer or trace donor fuel to the opposite engine. Select a named component to read its purpose and location. Then complete ten two-part coached fault cases and three five-field measured or independent jobs.

Practice named-component fault isolation

Compare AUTO with AUX TRANSFER OVERRIDE, identify the crossfeed donor, read FUEL PRESSURE and NO TRANSFER correctly, and use a P281 harness comparison to locate the affected quantity branch. Study examples use the supplied King Air 200-series Maintenance Manual 101-590010-19, Chapter 28, with its November 1, 2024 list of effective pages and the stated serial/modification branches. This is a 200/B200 fuel course; B300/B300C systems are taught separately. The interactive schematic shows qualitative functional relationships rather than pressure, flow-rate or automatic-control simulation. Aircraft work uses current applicable controlled instructions and the installed configuration. Certificate of course completion. Online completion does not grant a maintenance license, aircraft type rating or aircraft-release authority.
