King Air 200/B200 Pro Line 21 Attitude, Navigation and Surveillance Diagnostics
10 explained lessons
Trace AHS, navigation and surveillance relationships
9 visual workshops
Explore 24 named components and measured records
10 paired cases + 3 jobs
Complete all 45 required lab fields

Learn how the AHC-3000 attitude/heading computer, ECU-3000 compensation unit, FDU-3000 flux detector and GH-3100 standby instrument support the Pro Line 21 displays. Trace NAV-4000, GPS-4000A/S, DME-4000 and FMS relationships, then study the RTA-852 weather radar, ALT-4000 radio altimeter and identified traffic, terrain and database-loading installations. Nine interactive workshops connect normal operation to real maintenance-record comparisons. Includes a 42-page handbook, ten lesson decisions, ten two-part cases, three five-field jobs and a separate 40-question final at 80%. Aircraft serial number, installed equipment and modifications determine the applicable branch.

-
Ten system lessons explain normal operation, component purpose and the meaning of each named indication.
-
Nine interactive visual workshops with 24 named component descriptions and system-specific measurement comparisons.
-
Ten coached two-part diagnostic cases and three independent five-field jobs; all 45 lab fields are required.
-
A 42-page downloadable handbook with references to the supplied Model 200 Series Maintenance Manual, Chapter 34.
-
A separate 40-question final at 80%, explained answer feedback and a certificate after all required activities.
Understand attitude and heading before diagnosing a flag
Follow the AHC-3000, ECU-3000 and FDU-3000 relationships to the primary flight displays. Compare a single AHS failure with an AHS reversion selection, then examine what the independent GH-3100 can still display. Use separate final-leveling and compass-error records to distinguish an installation measurement from a valid navigation indication.
Compare navigation, radar and surveillance test records
Select NAV/GPS/FMS relationships and identify what each display actually confirms. Compare RTA-852 radar-base roll and pitch measurements separately from faceplate alignment; distinguish ALT-4000 radio altitude from barometric altitude.
Study the installed SKY899 or TCAS II test pattern and audio rather than transferring one unit’s result to another. Separate an internal TAWS+ self-test pass from unavailable or failed external navigation data.
Check the named database target, completion status and each FMC record separately. A completed FMC1 load does not prove FMC2 was loaded. Each example identifies the equipment, observation and decision before asking the learner to act.
