10 paired cases

Use both fault and follow-up observations

3 maintenance jobs

Build six supported decisions in each job
WWAOG King Air 200/B200 pneumatic and vacuum systems course
Follow compressor bleed air through E177/E178, the pressure regulator and ejector, then trace filtered air through the instrument manifolds. A 43-page handbook, clickable airflow maps, eight lesson decisions, ten paired fault cases, three six-field jobs and four extra workshop stations connect actual components with useful measured tests. Includes a separate 40-question final at 80%.

Your course includes

  • Eight system lessons with worked examples and explained decisions.
  • Original clickable pressure/vacuum maps comparing the installed external-valve, internal-adjustment and capped electric turn/bank branches.
  • Ten two-part coached cases and three independent six-field maintenance jobs.
  • Four ungraded measured-record workshop stations and a 43-page downloadable handbook.
  • Separate 40-question final at 80% and completion certificate after the required activities.

Connect pressure, suction and filtered instrument air

Trace each engine branch through its firewall shutoff and check valve to common pressure regulation. Explain how the ejector creates suction while filtered inlet air passes through the installed air-driven instruments.

Apply the actual component and test method

Keep common pressure, system vacuum and individual turn/slip tests separate. Use correct pressure and clean filters before adjusting vacuum, then record the actual hardware locking, normal connections and fresh repeated results. Systems and maintenance-decision study for the identified King Air 200/B200 pneumatic and vacuum installations in supplied Maintenance Manual 101-590010-19 Chapters 36/37, with January 1, 2019 effective-page lists. The actual installed air/electric instrument and external/internal flow-control branch determine the applicable method. This study edition does not establish current aircraft applicability; actual maintenance uses current controlled instructions. Course completion records online systems study and assessment. Practical competence, maintenance authorization and regulatory qualification are separate.
