Follow ventilation, bleed-air heating and R134a cooling from the controls to the components
Learn how SkyCourier ventilation blowers, heating valves, temperature sensors and the optional vapor-cycle cooling system work together. Locate the real COCKPIT/CABIN VENT, FAN and HEAT controls, then follow separate air and refrigerant paths through six visual workshops. Interpret blower speed codes, individual evaporator readings and isolated nitrogen-hold records before deciding what the evidence supports.

Completion certificate
-
40-question final exam
-
3 independent practical jobs
-
6 visual views · 10 coached fault cases
Locate the real controls and components
Find MC002 and MF002 beneath the cockpit floor, the copilot-panel ventilation and temperature controls, and the separate heating and refrigeration equipment. Locate UF004 beside the copilot seat ahead of the cabin divider; distinguish it from the compressor, condenser and receiver/dryer in the tailcone.
Measure, interpret and verify the correction
Use the 44-page handbook, ten lesson checks, ten two-part fault cases and three independent five-field jobs. Compare the actual fan request with its supply and speed code. Keep each evaporator result separate, and distinguish a pressure-test setup from a successful timed hold. Master every lab group and pass the separate 40-question final at 80% to meet the certificate prerequisites.
