Follow cockpit commands through the aileron, rudder, elevator, trim and flap systems
Understand how SkyCourier control wheels and pedals move sectors, cables and pushrods, and how trim tabs change control forces. Explore eleven visual views, select named components and compare supplied friction, freeplay, rudder-bias and flap records. Learn the preparation, measurement and restoration steps that make each conclusion useful.

3 independent practical jobs
-
11 visual views · 10 coached fault cases
Trace mechanical controls and separate trim drives
Follow control wheels and pedals through sectors, cables and pushrods to the ailerons, rudder and elevators. Distinguish trim-tab motion, the primary surface’s aerodynamic response and a cockpit pointer. Trace the flap power drive unit, flexible shafts, actuators and position sensors.
Measure friction, freeplay and flap response
Use the 42-page handbook and eleven visual views to interpret named test records. Calculate control friction and aileron-trim freeplay, compare flap timing with flap angle and identify missing fault-recovery or restoration evidence. Master ten lesson decisions, ten paired cases and three five-field jobs, then pass the separate 40-question final at 80%.
