47-page handbook | 7 visual views | 40-question final
Trace each wing tank to its engine-feed hopper, distinguish the primary ejector from the electric boost pump and local scavenge jets, and predict cross-transfer direction from the actual FUEL TRANSFER controls. Follow the right-nacelle single-point refueling and defueling paths, the independent wing vents and engine purge-air system. Then use the fuel-quantity signal conditioner and individual probe-current tables to evaluate a known fuel state. The handbook and interactive workshop connect named hardware, normal operation, supplied fault records and the required post-maintenance proof. Includes a 47-page illustrated handbook, ten lessons, seven visual views, 25 component explanations, five supplied-record tools, ten paired cases, three five-field jobs and a separate 40-question final at 80%. Follow the wing tanks, hoppers and engine-feed equipment
Locate the integral wing tanks, flapper valves, inboard hoppers, ML001/MR001 electric fuel pumps, primary ejectors and local transfer pump jets. Trace engine-feed and motive-fuel paths, then use SI007 FUEL TRANSFER and SI012/SI013 FUEL BOOST selections to identify the donor pump, receiving tank and expected quantity trend. Follow the separate vent, relief, purge-air and right-nacelle single-point refuel/defuel paths. The named components connect physical location, normal function and the fault being investigated.
Interpret the named fuel state, measurement and leak origin
Compare an individual probe current with its correct known-fuel-state table and keep that result separate from EIS tank quantity. Explain how the UC002 fuel quantity signal conditioner, capacitance probes, inboard low-level floats and outboard overfill floats perform different jobs. Work through transfer mass calculations, refueling/defueling precheck records, residual-fuel comparisons and same-wing temperature readings. Apply timed wing-skin leak measurements only to the stated origin and location; tube leaks and structural cracks require their own repair and post-maintenance proof.
