Understand the connected system
Trace engine-bleed heating, fresh-air and return-air ducts, firewall isolation, compressor permissions and the refrigerant circuit. Separate heat transfer from airflow, distinguish common faults from local delivery problems, and select the correct PT6A-114/-114A or PT6A-140 installation task.
Practise defensible fault isolation
Use six prediction-and-Apply exercises, a three-evaporator temperature bench, eight two-stage diagnostic cases and a twelve-decision independent review. Complete all lab requirements and pass the 40-question final at 80%. Study source: supplied Cessna D2078 Revision 42, 1 June 2024. Current aircraft-effective instructions govern physical work. Online completion is separate from observed practical qualification.
