25-page handbook
Understand the connected system
Trace common bleed-air supply, the right-engine-driven refrigeration loop, separate cockpit and cabin air paths, linked mixing valves, six temperature sensors and controller outputs. Distinguish a commanded state from actual servo movement, and compare local faults with shared-source failures. Verify serial, controller and modification effectivity for the installed Keith Products system.
Practise defensible fault isolation
Use six prediction-and-Apply exercises, a mixing-box sensor resistance bench, eight two-stage diagnostic cases and a twelve-decision independent review. Complete all lab requirements and pass the 40-question final at 80%. Study source: supplied Beechcraft 434-590169-0009 Chapter 21, pages dated 1 May 2018. Current aircraft-effective instructions govern physical work. Online completion is separate from observed practical qualification.
