Connected door architecture
Crew, passenger and cargo mechanisms, support devices and warning inputs
Required measurement bench
Interpret skin gaps, latch-pin projection and handle release forces
Evidence before adjustment
Separate physical security, warning response, support and structure
Understand how Caravan doors transmit handle movement, carry loads and report latch conditions. Includes a 25-page handbook, eight connected lessons, six prediction exercises, eight two-stage fault cases and a 40-question final. Identify the actual door, serial and optional installation before selecting the applicable task.

Understand the connected system
Trace handles, spindles, bellcranks, pushrods and latch pins. Explain upper-door gas springs, lower-door damping and restraint cables. Distinguish conventional DOOR WARNING, identified NXi CMC inputs and optional roll-up drive. Connect geometry, structural inspections and restoration to complete effective tasks.
Practice defensible fault isolation
Complete six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases, a required door-geometry evidence bench and twelve independent decisions. Complete all 24 lab requirements and pass the separate 40-question final at 80%. Based on supplied Cessna D2078 Chapter 52, with the May 2024 chapter edition identified; aircraft-effective tasks govern physical work.
