Understand the connected system
Trace acrylic panels, retainers, seals, support structure and hinged vents. Understand cleaning and polishing limits, crack assessment, attachment corrosion and why anti-ice and OAT restoration require their own applicable tasks. Compare passenger windows and identified cargo-plug installations.
Practice defensible fault isolation
Complete six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases, an acrylic drilling decision bench and twelve independent decisions. Complete all 24 lab requirements and pass the separate 40-question final at 80%.
