TURN INSPECTION INTERVALS INTO A CLEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN
TM-052 | Caravan Scheduled Inspections, Servicing & Maintenance Planning
Select the right inspection workload
Distinguish Annual/100-hour and TBIP programs, installed-equipment requirements and independent servicing tasks.
Calculate due points correctly
Compare hours, calendar time and landings, apply the named tolerance and preserve the correct program anchor.
Close servicing dependencies
Select the servicing method and retain restoration and fresh engine-control functional evidence after work.
Build a practical Caravan 208/208B maintenance plan from the selected program, installed equipment and actual accomplishment records. Compare Annual/100-hour and TBIP demands, battery and engine-control intervals, task codes, exposure-based servicing and independent life histories. Study baseline: supplied Cessna D2078 Revision 42, June 1, 2024. Current aircraft-effective limitations, inspection programs and equipment instructions govern maintenance.
What's included?
-
8 focused lessons
-
Completion certificate
-
40-question final
-
8 two-stage planning cases
-
Illustrated student handbook
Understand how the plan fits together
Follow the chain from aircraft configuration and inspection program through independent hour/calendar/landing clocks, task selection, servicing and actual work records. Learn why a general sign-off cannot replace a missing task, why a sealed shimmy damper uses a different servicing path and why disturbed engine-control linkage needs fresh functional evidence.
Practice real planning decisions
Complete eight lessons, six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases and six fixed planning records with four entered calculations. The twelve-decision independent review requires at least 80% and all eight critical decisions correct in one attempt. The separate 40-question final requires at least 32 correct answers. The completion certificate requires the handbook, mastered lab and final pass; practical qualification is separate.
