TRACE THE SOURCE. EXPLAIN THE FAULT. VERIFY THE COMPLETE RESULT.
TM-054 | Caravan Integrated Maintenance Diagnostics Capstone
Connect systems and symptoms
Trace fuel, power, pressure, sensing and control relationships. Use the installed engine, avionics and optional-system configuration to choose the right investigation.
Interpret measurements and fault boundaries
Compare named air-data, pneumatic and electrical records. Calculate inspection clocks, landing counts and accumulated material loss without treating one favorable result as whole-job proof.
Prove the final maintenance state
Identify the affected fresh tests, restored connections and remaining findings. Build a handoff another technician can follow.
Connect Caravan systems into a practical maintenance investigation. Distinguish older PT6A-114/-114A and Grand Caravan EX PT6A-140 branches, trace fuel and contamination effects, separate power and signal faults, compare shared pressure sources, and plan the work needed to prove the final installation. Work through original multi-system jobs using the supplied aircraft manual and structural references. Rev A includes a 41-page handbook, eight connected lessons, six prediction/Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases and six fixed work records with five entered calculations. Complete the 12-question independent review at 80% with all eight critical decisions correct, then pass the separate final with at least 26 of 32 correct. Cessna 208/208B training for explicitly identified PT6A-114/-114A and PT6A-140 branches, named G1000 generations and fitted optional systems. Uses supplied Cessna D2078 Revision 42 June 2024 and Model 208 SRM D5132-9-13 Revision 9 August 2018 study references. Original fictional records develop diagnostic reasoning; current applicable aircraft/supplier/modification instructions govern actual work. Online completion is separate from hands-on competence and maintenance authorization.

Understand how the systems work together
Eight connected lessons, original functional diagrams and worked maintenance jobs explain how the systems influence one another.
Practice evidence-based fault isolation
Complete the handbook, master all 24 lab requirements and pass the 32-question final at 80% to earn the WWAOG completion certificate. Practical qualification remains separate.
