TURN INSPECTION INTERVALS INTO A CLEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN
TM-081 | King Air Scheduled Inspections, Servicing & Maintenance Planning
Select the right inspection workload
Connect airborne hours, cycles, calendar time and utilization to the named Detailed and special tasks.
Calculate due points correctly
Apply the defined allowances, preserve nominal anchors and keep task-specific landing conversions separate.
Close servicing dependencies
Link washing, lubrication, access, reconnection and fresh functional evidence to the actual work performed.
Build an evidence-based King Air maintenance plan from identified program tasks and accomplishment records. Learn Detailed and dual inspection workloads, independent hour/calendar/cycle demands, early and late allowances, unpaved gear-task conversions, lubrication and post-work verification. Study baseline: the supplied May 2018 Fusion airframe Chapters 05 and 12. This is a planning study of that edition; current aircraft-effective programs, limitations and supplier instructions govern maintenance.
What's included?
-
8 focused lessons
-
Completion certificate
-
40-question final
-
8 two-stage planning cases
-
Illustrated student handbook
Understand how the plan fits together
Follow the chain from aircraft configuration and the selected program through tracked time, task due points, work scope and actual completion evidence. Learn why unused hours do not clear a reached calendar task, why late allowances do not shift the next nominal anchor and why a restored connection still needs its specified function check.
Practice real planning decisions
Complete eight lessons, six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases and six fixed planning records with three entered calculations. The twelve-decision independent review requires at least 80% and all eight critical decisions correct in one attempt. The separate 40-question final requires at least 32 correct answers. The completion certificate requires the handbook, mastered lab and final pass; practical qualification is separate.
